To secure your desired date, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior, or even more during our high season (May–September). For specialized gatherings like corporate events, aim for a 4–6 weeks advance reservation for optimal choice and customization time.
What are the protocols for unfavorable sailing conditions?
We prioritize safety above all. Should our captain determine that weather conditions pose a risk, we'll suggest an alternate date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out if questionable weather is forecasted within 24 hours of your sail.
Is it permissible to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, bringing personal food and drinks is allowed. Alternatively, we provide custom tailored catering services, crafting menus to suit your tastes. Note that for safety measures, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Can guests with limited mobility access your yachts?
Our goal is to be inclusive of all guests. While some vessels are better equipped for accessibility than others, it's best to communicate your specific needs upon booking. We will suggest the most accessible yacht and organize any necessary assistance arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is granted. Cancellations between 24-72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not refundable, unless in cases of inclement weather or mechanical issues on our side.
